Ellen brings over a decade of experience in coaching, leadership development, and curriculum design, along with a strong academic background in human resources and leadership. Her work focuses on improving communication skills, helping teams navigate complexity and building sustainable effectiveness.
Program Completion
Participants who complete the program receive a certificate for 16 CCE hours.

Program Description
The Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) Renewal Program is a 16-hour Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offering designed to support experienced team coaches in maintaining and advancing their competence in alignment with the ICF Team Coaching Competencies and the updated 2025 ICF Core Competencies.
The program incorporates reflective practice, case-based learning, and applied coaching scenarios to deepen participants' capacity to coach teams as a single system. Content includes ethical practice, stakeholder contracting, psychological safety, advanced listening, team development, conflict navigation, and supervision.
Delivery Method
Live, synchronous virtual delivery.

Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
Apply ICF Team Coaching Competencies in team coaching engagements
Strengthen ethical practice in team coaching contexts
Establish and maintain multi-stakeholder agreements

Target Audience and Prerequisites
Target Audience: Experienced professional coaches seeking ACTC recertification.
Prerequisites:
Completion of an ACTC-accredited program or equivalent OR
Experience coaching teams in organizational settings
Attendance Tracking
Attendance is tracked through participation in live virtual sessions. If a session is missed, participants are required to:
Review the session recording
Complete a written reflective essay demonstrating integration of learning
Participate in a structured peer conversation
Completion of all components is required for CCE credit.
Completion Requirements
Participants must meet attendance and participation requirements to receive a certificate of completion for 16 CCE hours.

Ellen Zimmerman is the founder of Ellen Zimmerman Consulting, LLC and an experienced professional coach specializing in team coaching and leadership development. She holds the ICF PCC credential, ACTC designation, and EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner accreditation.
She has over 20 years of experience in coaching and leadership development Including curriculum development. While teaching human resources and leadership courses for Lamar University, she developed face-to-face and virtual session for a number of graduate and undergraduate courses.
