Reflective Learning Program

Coaching Supervision

The Reflective Learning Program, also referred to as Coaching Supervision, come in many formats. My process always begins with introductions and a check in on what participants are bringing for conversation. The group will all have input on the session plan.

If you are intererested in Individual Coaching, please contact us.

What is Coaching Supervision?

While the official coaching name is Coaching Supervision, a more appropriate title for our conversation is, "Leveraging Reflection for Professional Growth".

If you coach or supervise others, you will benefit from the opportunity to review your interactions and reflect on any assumptions or biases you may have. You will also benefit from the idea sharing and insights shared between participants.

Reflection is a powerful learning process that goes beyond the requirements of credentials. While I have been providing supervision for leaders for years, it was not until I experienced the process myself as a supervisee that I fully appreciated the impact of the reflective process and the deep awareness that comes from spending time evaluating what we think, feel, and choose to reflect back to our clients.

Supervision hours can also count as Core Competency Credits and Mentor Coaching hours for renewals.

A typical session format:

10:10 - 10:40

  • maintain a sense of perspective, viewing practice as if ‘from the balcony’

Why choose this program?

Because coaches and leaders need more than ideas - they need a place to think well in the midst of real complexity.

In this group, you won’t just get feedback on your own challenges. You’ll learn from the perspectives, questions, and experiences of others who are also doing high-responsibility relational work. That shared reflection helps you see more clearly, respond more intentionally, and grow your confidence over time. With skilled facilitation, consistent structure, and a confidential setting, the group becomes a place to explore client dynamics, leadership challenges, ethical tensions, decision-making, and professional growth with more depth than you can usually access alone.
