Mentor Coaching Qualifications
Participating in Mentor Coaching is the opportunity to collaborate on new skills, as well as improving existing skills, in small groups with support from a qualified Mentor Coach. In our individual Mentor Coaching sessions, we’ll focus on topics specific to you and review coaching recordings for feedback.
Topics may include experimenting with new techniques, gaining confidence, and planning for your coaching sessions. We’ll also share ideas for those occasional situations in coaching where you aren’t sure of the best option. By being part of a cohort, you’ll likely have various levels of experience and knowledge providing an excellent learning setting. This is a reflective process over a minimum of 3 months.
Upon completion of your training, you will be provided with a certificate of completion that provides the information you need to satisfy the ICF Mentorship hours requirement.
