Overview
Each week we will have an agenda that will drive our conversation. While some of the content and discussion is standardized, I feel it is more important to have the conversations that the participants feel are most important for them.
During our meetings, I will monitor the time as well as periodically “re-contract” with the group. Just like the coaching session, Mentoring Group sessions require continual contracting for clarity on the topic(s) to be discussed. Please don’t ever take the question as a push back but always as a means of clarification for the best interest of the group.
