Overview

Mentor Coaching is not only about evaluating performance, it is about sharing new ideas for development and improvement.

This program includes 7 hours of Group Mentor Coaching as well as 3 hours of one-to-one Mentor Coaching to total the 10 hours required by the International Coaching Federation.

This is a reflective process over a minimum of 3 months. The program is focused on connecting with peers, learning and refreshing our knowledge about the competencies and ethics, and dedicated opportunities to talk about challenges and ask questions and share insights in a comfortable setting.

Group Mentor Session Expectations

Each week we will have an agenda that will drive our conversation. While some of the content and discussion is standardized, I feel it is more important to have the conversations that the participants feel are most important for them.

During our meetings, I will monitor the time as well as periodically “re-contract” with the group. Just like the individual coaching session, Group Mentor sessions require continual contracting for clarity on the topic(s) to be discussed. Please don’t ever take the question as a push back but always as a means of clarification for the best interest of the group.
